JACINTO CUVI

Jacinto Cuvi is a PhD candidate in Sociology at the University of Texas at Austin and a Graduate Fellow of the Urban Ethnography Lab at the same institution. He specializes in qualitative research on informal economies with a focus on Latin America, especially Brazil. His interests include political economy, development, social inequality and street vending. His work has been published in the International Journal of Urban and Regional Research.
